The film rights to the series were optioned by 20th Century Fox in 2011, and in 2015 Mafi announced that ABC Studios had optioned Shatter Me for television, though as of 2023, neither adaptation has been released. In an effort to distract Juliette and help her to fit in with the rest of the people in Omega Point, Castle allows her to go on patrol in the districts.
