Although the blurb didn't say so, the book actually follows the two of them as they go back to Katie's hometown to investigate a murder that took place 5 years prior for their true crime podcast. You can’t go wrong with finger foods like fresh Vietnamese summer rolls, bruschetta (tomatoes are at their peak in the summer), and crudite with dip. I switched between the audio and ebook, which is my favorite way to read and the narration was excellent! I finished it in two days, sometimes a little annoyed that I had to set it to one side to deal with other more essential things.
