It is a once a day application IF you don't go swimming and then towel down therefore I re-apply or go swimming last thing - it's your choice . Some folks mentioned it peels but for some reason I found it didn't peel but found sun cream 30 spf by garnier did peel and always got in my eyes.

Apply evenly and generously to all exposed areas 15 minutes before sun exposure, then rub in well to allow the product to bind with the skin and form a protective film against UVA and UVB rays.First time users and those with a pale complexion or sensitive skin are advised to re-apply 10 minutes after initial application to ensure full and even coverage.
