Bart first appears in the second level of the game "Bartman Begins". He can turn into Bartman, allowing him to use zip-lines, climb certain walls, glide over long distances, and do other acrobatic feats. [2] [3] Bart's special power is releasing a flood of bats towards enemies. He can use his slingshot to defeat enemies and hit targets from afar. [7] [11]

So maybe they don't want another console game as it won't make money like the phone game does. They made their own Simpsons Game after Hit & Run and it wasn't as good so they wouldnt want to work with Activsion as that would be like saying Vivendi Games (now Activision) made the better game and opening those doors for them to make a sequel. They know Hit & Run is more popular than their own.
