About this deal

We parked on the long side and at around 11, we started hearing the husband screaming up a storm. He came to our windows and banged on them, screaming at us to come outside right now. The husband mainly speaks Spanish, which I understand as well. He was threatening my husband, calling him all kinds of derogatory names, and terrorizing us. Then, he went outside to his car, took out a snow shovel and started shoveling dirt, snow, gravel, and ice onto my husband’s hood and windshield. Eventually, I went outside and tried to diffuse the situation so that he would just stop screaming and trying to hurt our cars. He cussed me and my husband out and went inside. I know now that we should have called the police immediately. It was a mistake to confront him because it has just made me feel more scared living here. Always call the police first!!!!! problem…when he blows leaves out of his yard into middle of street for wind to carry somewhere else…instead of bagging. We moved into our apartment about a year ago (our lease is up in March), and we really enjoyed living inside the apartment, until the neighbors living above us become so much of an issue that I am filing a police report with my husband after he gets home from work today. If you know your neighbour is renting and who from, talk to their landlord first - this might be a private landlord, housing association or the council. It’s like groundhogs day, what makes it worse is I’m having to explain that I’ve lived here for x amount of years and how much noise have they had from me.

Anyway, this neighbor of mine has a psychotic husband as well, who will yell and scream and vandalize your property whenever he doesn’t get his way. If the worst happens and the Police were called, you would be advised to make it clear that all reasonable steps had been taken to prevent someone from seeing and that there was no intention to insult or to cause anyone alarm or distress. Graffiti and FlypostingIf graffiti or flyposting is happening in your area, your environmental health department will also deal with this.More like this: 7Warning Signs in Your Residential Lease Agreement Mirror the Behavior of Your Neighbor It isn't anti social behaviour if the problem's about normal day-to-day living, for example if you don't like your neighbour's cooking smells or you can hear their baby crying. The only way to solve these problems is by talking to your neighbour to try and agree a compromise.

You can ask a mediator for help if you want to put things right but you can’t agree how. A mediator is someone who doesn’t know either of you and who’s trained to help people resolve disagreements. FlytippingIf flytipping has occurred on your street or if you suspect a neighbour to be guilty of flytipping elsewhere. Simply put, the key is to keep things reasonable. Entering into a war with a bad neighbor might take you down the wrong path and cost you a lot of healthy nerves. That’s why you should always start with a friendly approach and only refer to drastic measures when nothing else seems to be working. What Types of Bad Neighbors Are There? They seem like they were going to be a problem until a few months after moving in as the last two tenants were pretty well behaved. If you neighbor has kids, find anything to report him to the local authorities, or if he is a drunk, abusive or homeschooling their kids – call child protective services; but it has to be legitimate, so you are not wasting our police services on time.Even if they don’t have storage space—e.g., a shed, garage, or basement—leaving various household items outside is prohibited in many states. Here’s what can be left in the yard or driveway:

The problem you are encountering may not be the fault of the homeowners at all. If they rent out their home and the tenants are not caring for it properly or are behaving in a way that impacts you, then a call to the homeowners is a good start. It’s a quiet place where everyone let’s you know what they’re going to be doing with the exception of general yard work that’s a given. My neighbour have 15 cats and a dog living in a council house with her disabled husband and three other adults. The smell coming out of her house is sometimes intolerable her cats run riot around the area and to top it all off she’s try’s taking my cat.I have one but she won’t stop enticing him into her house and feeding him. For the sake of simplicity, let’s group all nasty neighbors in three categories from least to most annoying ones and consider suggested courses of action for each.If you report the problem by phone, make a note of the date and time you call and write down the name of the person you spoke to. You might need these details if you take the problem further. If you’re unhappy with the council or landlord’s response Contaminated LandWhere you suspect that chemicals or associated materials have polluted either a water supply or have contaminated land. When I mentioned it last time they were away, but they hit spilled it but couldnt be bothered to to I own my home. My neighbour isnhousing association, we have outhouse built on tomour homes which are joined to our homes. Don NOT call CPS because a mother is smoking cigarettes OUTSIDE and away from her kids. And shame on you for suggesting that.
