Len Cariou and Angela Lansbury originated the roles of Sweeney Todd and Mrs. Lovett. Jane Mallett played Mrs. Lovett in a radio adaptation of the George Dibdin Pitt play for CBC Radio in 1947. His heart belongs to the world of cosplay and fancy dress, with a special fondness for Halloween, where his creative spirit truly shines.
Felicity Palmer performed as Lovett in the 2003 production at the Royal Opera House, its only musical produced.
