It allows for additional personalization of drinks that can’t be done via the machine, such as setting coffee quantity in ml and milk quantity by pouring time. We found it much easier to customize drinks through the app than on the machine. You can also prepare drinks via the app, but you still need to be near the machine to make sure there’s a cup under the spout.With its 19 bar pressure, the De’Longhi Dinamica Plus grinds your coffee beans and exerts the pressure needed for a great espresso every time. The machine has compact dimensions of 9in wide, 14in tall, and 16in deep. Meanwhile, the bean hopper has a 10.5oz capacity, while the water tank holds a generous 61fl oz. This is large enough that you won’t need to refill it every couple of drinks, which is a relatively minor issue on the surface, but significantly enhances the overall user experience. The Dinamica Plus uses 19 bars of pump pressure, which improves the 15 bars of the pressure of other models in the range. It’s important to note that the higher pressure doesn’t necessarily lead to better results. However, the machine’s brew unit should create a better pairing of flavor and crema.

Drinks available include coffee shop favorites like cappuccino, latte, espresso, and flat white, but it can also pour a six-cup coffee pot or dispense just hot water for teas.As for programming the user settings and using the Coffee Link app, the user manual will come in handy. Coffee Link App Compatibility To customize your drinks, tap on the “My Coffee” button on the touchscreen. From there, it takes you through the customization. It even allows you to customize your beverage while it’s brewing, making it incredibly convenient for volumetric control. This means you can easily control the amount of milk and coffee you get for your particular cup. Talking about milk, finally, Delonghi did the right thing by providing the LatteCema milk carafe with this machine – according to the critics. Not only this formula works very well with all types of milk but also provides 3 different froth options.As you can see, the Dinamica does not come with a thermal jug. The steam wand/frother features a ‘Hot Milk’ and ‘Cappuccino’ setting and a dial on top for letting out the steam.
