When a player owns all properties in a color group they can begin building. Building can occur at any time but all properties in the color group must have the same level of development before the second phase can continue. For example, all properties in the green group must have one house developed on them before there are two houses on one single property. For properties with no buildings but the player owners the whole color group, the rent is doubled. Mortgaging Each game is limited to 45 or 50 minutes in play to avoid prolonged games. In this case the winner is the player with most assets (capital money + property land cost) Collect groups of properties to increase the rent, then build coffee mugs and sofas to really boost your income.

In this classic Monopoly board game based around real estate and property trading, each player controls a game token and takes turns moving around the game board. Buy and trade properties to collect rent from other players when they land on your properties. Enhance your properties with houses and hotels to drive your opponents into bankruptcy. Goal I love this game and enjoy it a lot as it reminds me of the old days when the family will get together and play the board version of it. HOWEVER, there is some room for improvement which will help weed out the sore losers who ruin the game for others. I have been in multiple online games where some players (sore losers) are not able to handle losing so they decide to just close the app or not roll the dice. There should be some sort of timer implemented or something so that if the player is inactive for X amount of seconds/minutes the dice is rolled on behalf of them and after 3 rounds of inactivity they are removed from the game - not sure how it would work if they land on a property and have to mortgage because they do not have the funds (maybe this can be done automatically for them?) or they miss a X amount of turns and if anyone lands on their property they do not have to pay rent (this will stop players from deliberately being inactive to miss turns). I hope the developers read this and take it into account on the next update as this is a really fantastic app. Play the complete classic game with no pay-to-win or ad pop-ups. Hobbies

Use a Get Out of Jail Free card if you have one or buy one from another player. Put the card to the bottom of the appropriate pile, then roll and move. In the beginning of the tournament each player is joined to 4 players room in which the winner plays with 3 of the winners of the other rooms. Don't worry! If you finish your normal move on the Jail space, nothing happens. Make sure you put your token on the JUST VISITING section.
