About this deal

Officer Rhyme’s works to locate the identity of the serial killer, so that the case can go to trial and end in a conviction. Jeffery Deaver is a world renowned author and contributor to the literary world. His chilling and thrilling writing speaks for itself. The quality and clarity of his presentations are paramount and as some have been adapted to a cinematic experience. This movie was adapted from the Jeffery Deaver novel The Bone Collector and did very well in theatres as well. A second book named A Maiden’s Grave was made into an HBO film renamed to Dead Silence, with James Garner and Marlee Matlin in the leading roles.

A free-style mosaic of a thriller which masks any clear idea in the reader’s mind, preventing the clarity of thought of where the plot is really going. Misdirection and fresh insights interwoven into the basic premise reveal new truths and clear perceptions of the characters and their motives. As the picture clears and comes into focus it is not always the image and preconceived ideas we once anticipated. Some of the books were written quite some time ago, but the precision plots remain timeless and could have been written last week. He has a charm for twists and turns in his writing style and the ability to engage and draw the reader in. Next, we will discuss just a few of his creations individually. Movie One: The Bone Collector Two characteristics make this book stand out from other thrillers. One: The author includes rules taught to Cole by his dad on how to survive: The beauty of Hunting Time, as with the earlier books in the Colter Shaw series, is the unexpected twists that are thrown at you in rapid succession. Just when you think you’ve got a handle on the direction you’re headed, Deaver manages to throw in another unexpected wrinkle to prove that he’s got it over you once again.Several of Deaver’s stories have been adapted into other venues for consumption. You might be familiar with the movie The Bone Collector with Denzel Washington playing Lincoln Rhyme. Lincoln Rhyme is generally the main male character in his work. Colter Shaw is hired by her boss to initially prevent her proto-type being stolen by a competitor and later to protect her when her violent husband is prematurely released from prison. Jon Merritt was serving a sentence for violence against Parker who testified against him and now fears he will be seeking to silence her for good in a fit of rage based on his alcohol fuelled anger. The Coffin Dancer is a story about a narcissistic serial killer that has unbelievably flown under the radar of the police for quite some time. The killer was employed to take care of three witnesses before they testify in front of the grand jury, for a case they obviously knew something that would help the prosecutor win the conviction. Definitely recommend the book. It was a great mystery/thriller that kept me guessing until the end. Loved the characters, story and writing style. Look forward to reading more books by the author.

Briefly, Shaw, who describes himself as a Reward Seeker and Hired to Find investigator, is hired by a corporate CEO to recover a stolen revolutionary industrial component. Having discovered the thief he is then hired by the same person to locate Allison Parker, his Engineer and her daughter Hannah who have gone missing following the release from prison of her violent ex husband Jon. Despite his skills Shaw is led a merry dance by Allison. The most richly accomplished of the brothers’ pairings to date—and given Connelly’s high standards, that’s saying a lot. That's the start of an exciting and engrossing story as hunted and hunters play cat and mouse with lives at stake. Deaver keeps the thrills coming ,and throws some of his trademark curveballs to keep the reader on their toes. and Red Herrings will never become an endangered species as long as he keeps writing. This is book 4 in the Colter Shaw series and although I’ve read this author before I hadn’t read any of this series and this read well as a stand-alone. Shaw finds himself in Ferrington in the America Midwest in this fast paced full of thrills read. Brilliantly written with a twisty plotline, the author leading you down a road only to find it’s another clever red herring.

The story follows Colter Shaw, a reward seeker hired by the eccentric entrepreneur Marty Harmon to protect Allison Parker and her daughter, who are on the run from Allison's ex-husband, Jon Merritt. As Shaw delves into the case, he discovers that nothing is as it seems. With time running out and danger lurking at every turn, Shaw must navigate the treacherous wilderness and unravel the truth before it's too late.He gives her an ultimatum to give him five hundred thousand dollars and find a list that she was not familiar with or she would not ever see the child. It is quite the conundrum as her employer is wealthy and she inadvertently has access to money. They try to meet the demands through a twisted and tangled tale. Movie Three: The Kill Room Lightning-fast and loaded with twists, The Never Game is a thrill a minute from one of the best. Don`t miss it` Harlan Coben
