The Mavala Oil Seal Dryer uses a small brush for product application, which allows you to apply the product cleanly without any mess around the cuticle. It's covered, but there's still water underneath, and if you throw something at it you'll end up getting splashed. I started with a base coat and a thin layer of polish then 2 drops per finger of this product, left it a minute and repeated the process. If the previous coats are still wet, they will continue to dry under the new coat of polish, resulting in air bubbles getting trapped in between.
