As a first time mom to a handsome 5 month old son, I kinda felt unattractive but after reading this book. It’s been a hot minute since I read dark romance and this was actually good and I had fun reading it 💜 Since Grayson’s book I was really excited for the Hunter brothers books! Because on the one hand I enjoyed reading it and read it in one sitting because I just couldn't put it down. With two extremely powerful lead characters with their crazy personalities, it had train wreck possibilities written all over it. The main characters were made for each other, both were crazy in their own ways but it just added to the story because this led to funny moments throughout.if you're a fan of touch her and die then this is the one for you, it also has mafia-esque/forced proximity vibes, the spice is 🤌 and the banter between characters is witty and felt authentic, I can't wait for more books in this universe, Thankyou so much to the author for an arc! I love the two main characters, they both are seriously messed up and broken, completely own it and just fit together in a really weird and dis-functioning way. Zuko is one of the Hunter brothers and he is a ruthless, deadly powerful guy and when he turns up at the bar where this sexy voice he's been hearing alot he recognises it right away and now he's seen her he gives of total touch her and die vibes. Alaska and Zuko are a match made in heaven, the chemistry between the two was electric, I enjoy dual POVS and in this case it really adds to the excitement of the storyline, our MFC is a phone sex worker who strikes up an unusual relationship with the MMC, only ever speaking on the phone, they end up meeting one night at the bar she works in, she recognises his voice but he doesn't know its her I'M SCREAMINGGG!

I’m having a really hard time getting into this book because the female narrators voice sounds complexly AI generated with a slight Midwestern mom lilt to it.

For such a short story, the author really did an amazing job at writing it and getting the characters individual personalities down. Both Zuko and Alaska have a very messed up relationship, and Zuko has some strong kinks which include knife play.

Moments of Malevolence is an all-new standalone enemies-to-lovers romance with serial killers and hidden identities, where the villain always gets the girl even if she sets his house on fire. It is well written and well worth a look if you like that batpoo crazy lust that these two characters experience falling into each other.When a certain someone with a voice she could never forget turns up at her job what will become of this little flirty game between Sage aka Alaska and the ruthless Zuko? I absolutely love an alpha male and that's what these characters have so much chemistry between them both it's sizzling hot and I love the spice between them both I feel it's perfect. This book is the first one in this trilogy and it hooks you right in from the beginning with all the hate, drama, betrayal, hurt, lies, family, friends and love.

T.L Smith consistently provides us with refreshing spicy scenes, it’s not always the same ol same ol.It’s dark it’s gritty and it’s super hot Zuko and Alaska are perfect for each other their chemistry is scorching and the touch her and die vibes is delicious! They hunt and kill without remorse wiping out competition of their clients in exchange for very good coin. I’m more harsh towards dark romances so I easily noticed all the plot holes and corny dialogue, but maybe that’s just me being picky.
