Shahīd Awwal says that when performing the ziyārah of the Apostle of Allah ( ṣ) the prayer should be offered within his holy shrine, and when it is in the shrine of one of the Imams ( ‘a) to offer it at the head of the tomb, and that it is permissible to offer the two rak‘ahs within the mosque adjoining the shrine.
