Sustained bright yellow gold color, small frank nose with a little white chocolate, cocoa, smoky wood tip, good balance on a fairly full-bodied rum, sweetness but lack of consistency, frank character but little marked, frank product, straight but without much peculiarity or character. Vanilla and Roasted Creamy Coffee come through alongside undertones of Dark Chocolate before a Caramel like finish.Indigo’, inspired by the colour blue crafted by the ancient Maya using the Indigo Flower (anil) and also the colour of Tlaloc the Mayan God of rain. Indigo has been matured for 8 years in former bourbon barrels and delivers hints of Vanilla, Cappuccino, Dark Chocolate, Lemon grass and Hazelnut.
