Chenet Colombard Chardonnay (25cl) Winemaking: The grapes are harvested before they are entirely ripe for perfect health and then crushed rapidly at a low temperature. Colombard, Ugni-Blanc and Chardonnay grape varieties from different French regions are used to make this brandy, but mainly from Champagne, Cognac and southern France.
