The GTO 629’s Plus One carbon-injected cones provide more overall speaker-cone area than other cones in its class. All in all, the system's response curve is relatively flat and, dare I say, flatter than a few systems I've measured that cost considerably more money. With a sensitivity rating of 93 dB, it is capable of producing clear and loud sound without distortion. They are designed with a carbon-injected cone material to accurately reproduce music the way the artist originally intended.
On Count Basie's “Take the A Train,” the Bosendorfer grand piano sounds open and natural without much unwanted coloration. The GTO629s are conventional two-way mid-tweet type coaxial speakers using a six-inch (152 mm) mid-range and one-inch (25 mm) textile dome tweeter. They are for the back they come with two brackets and used the plastic one and merged with the factory one, done deal.JBL is most known for its low-cost Bluetooth speakers, but the American company also offers some excellent headphones. This makes the GTO 629 an ideal match to systems powered with head-unit or factory-amplifier power levels.

The 3-ohm impedance design ensures compatibility with many car amplifiers, maximizing efficiency and output. compared to my more expensive focal these have pretty similar bass/mid bass but the vocals are definitely the weak point on these when compared to a more expensive speaker. I bet your car has a factory amp in it because most cars without amps are usually run on a 4 ohm load and cars withfactory amps lime bose, Infinity,Harmon kardon,etc.
So what they're implying is that this is designed to work in the 4 Ohm speaker class and that they expect that your speaker wiring will add an extra Ohm to the equation. Regular readers of my test reports know I prefer to audition new products in my listening room instead of in a car. You can also easily adjust the tweeter output from 0 to +3 decibels to compensate for low and off-axis mounting positions or road noise. I also notice a level padding resistor on the tweeter, so there has definitely been some careful tuning going on.
