If you wish, you can also leave the tray folded back, so baby can eat with you at the grown-ups' table. However, it was a simple matter to unscrew the retaining screws and shift the plastic rails a few centimetres forward to allow for more space between the chair back and the inner edge of the tray. We recommend the use of an insert cushion, particularly with a smaller child (available separately).
