About this deal

It's only two weeks. Surely Noelle can survive that long? But with one car between them - and often only one bed - it doesn't take long for things to heat up... Honestly everything about it was exceptional. The characters, the plot, the writing, the dialogue, I wouldn’t change a thing 🥰 THE EPILOGUE 😭🥹 jesus h christ. Before bedtime: Many people find that reading before bedtime helps them unwind and relax, which can promote better sleep. The closest thing I can describe it to is 1989 because I don’t have just one favorite song on the album; it’s just cohesive perfection all together, ya know?? Like I can’t pinpoint any one part of the book that made it great…it’s just all great. The story was compelling, the chemistry left me breathless, and the whole thing was insanely easy to read. The fact that it’s a debut is actually terrifying.

I am such a fan of High School rivals turned love interests and this book delivered. I did find myself wanting a bit more of them in the past to truly understand how they came so full circle like they did, but I still found this to be a great summer romance read, nonetheless. The vibes were super hot and the language was a mix of explicit and flowery. They got to the edge of some cliffs and just to the ✨edge✨ many many times. (And I edged this book for months so I know a thing or two about edging if I do say so myself 😌) If you’re looking for excellent banter in your romances, look no further. This book balances big emotions with lots of tension and joy.” — USA TodayThe way that she writes slots into my head like Tetris, every sentence flows, the characters are undeniably fleshed out, with the story being the icing on the cake ❤️ One that made me want to become an author: this is tough! I’m going to say Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants by Ann Brashares. I always considered myself a writer, but reading this series during such a formative period of my life and being transported by the themes of friendship and love woven so beautifully into the series made me wish that someday people would be transported by something I wrote. The story is perfect, it was giving me 2000s rom com vibes the whole way through and I loved it. Road trip + past academic rival + his grandfather ?? Sign me up!

The romance. I think some people might like it if you're looking for not too deeply developed connection between two main characters. The connection and tension was mostly based on the fact that they were h*rny for each other. They knew each other in high school, where they were rivals or something, but almost all of their interactions involved them flirting. Not some deep, meaningful conversation that would make them feel some kind of connection and then catch feelings. Later, when they finally kissed, almost all the scenes with them involved them trying to sleep together. Plus the third-act breakup at the end. The worst thing that can happen in a romance book. Jessica Joyce is a new and forever fave!” — Ali Hazelwood, New York Times bestselling author of Love, TheoreticallyI loved Theo from his very first line in the book. He calls her Shep, which is a low blow, and they are not shy about needling each other and competing all the time, just like they did in high school. Who says their rivalry has to end? Two high school enemies must reunite for a road trip inspired by their grandparents’ broken engagement in this electric debut romance.

We chat with debut author Jessica Joyce about You, With A View, which follows two high school enemies must reunite for a road trip inspired by their grandparents’ broken engagement. Your debut novel, You, with a View, is out now! If you could only describe it in five words, what would they be? Overview: Two high school enemies must reunite for a road trip inspired by their grandparents’ broken engagement in this electric debut romance. You, with a View is a sexy-as-hell romance that I couldn't put down, a heartfelt tribute to the love of grandparents, and an achingly relatable exploration of the search for 'success' in your twenties. Noelle and Theo's road trip is as epic as their emotional journey, leaving my heart a happy, mushy mess by the end. I love this book." - Anita Kelly He goes still before pressing a soft kiss to his spot. No one will ever be able to touch me there again.
