The hardcover version - beautifully produced pages, fonts and illustrations - is a package of delight. The book has all the holiday feels of food and family and music, with a lot of Clarice's quirk thrown in. I’m happy to report that not only was it entirely suitable I found myself laughing out loud at some of the perfectly painted family moments - and very pleased by the happy ending.
