Altra EGO Midsole The Lone Peak 6 features an EGO midsole that adds cushioning and flexibility ideal for trail running. The upper material is a bit of a stain magnet though, with any mud seeming to fuse with the material pretty quickly. These encourage a more natural running stride, a landing under your centre of gravity, with less impact forces sent up your leg.
