I swear this was reformulated somehow as my original bottle bought years ago would stay on my skin for days and have excellent sillage. I feel like it would be a good base for layering, so far I've tried it with Nemat's jasmine fragrance and they fit very nicely. At first I couldn't smell anything from this, and thought I was anosmic to it, but after a few minutes on my wrists it released a subtle white musk. I could see myself wearing it alongside Clean Reserves Radiant Nectar though to make it a tad bit sweeter. Now, I don't know if it was the production costs, sourcing mishaps, or if it was the fact that they couldn't branch out to other retailers, but they made a business decision to change their fragrance to a "skin scent". I bought this perfume oil because I like every single fragrance on the smells like list, although I only think it actually smells like molecule 01.
