In Cars: Radiator Springs Adventures, Guido is the host of his own mini-game, Luigi's Fanastico Fun!, in which the player must control him so that he collects tires as they fall from the sky. In the Cars Toons episode Tokyo Mater, Guido says "modify" in English, which is one of the rare times he says an English word, and the only one in a Cars Toons episode. In Mater and the Ghostlight, Guido is first seen listening to Sheriff's story of the Ghostlight, and later helps the others to prank Mater into thinking that the Ghostlight is after him by placing a lamp on his tow hook. After McQueen wins the first race at the new stadium since its opening, Guido and Luigi ask him to race again, and they all agree that they do another team relay. Uncle Topolino reveals that Guido and Luigi used to always fight; precisely at that moment, they are seen fighting over a girl car until another girl car comes, which solves their problem. He also helps to fight the Lemons later in the film, removing all four tires of two Gremlins in an instant. He tries to take off the bomb attached to Mater, but his drill won't do it and he gets frustrated and leaves.

In Hiccups, Guido attempts to cure McQueen's hiccups by telling him to hold his breath, only to have him run out of breath. Guido works as Luigi's assistant at Luigi's Casa Della Tires. While the two are best friends, they can sometimes argue, usually because of what Guido has done. During the first film, Luigi was wondering why Guido had moved several tires over to a different spot, to which Guido argued that the tires had been there the whole time and that Luigi always talks.

In the English version of Cars, Guido speaks Italian. But in the Italian version, he speaks Emilian dialect.

He also makes an appearance on the Radiator Springs Racers ride, where if the riders go into Luigi's Casa Della Tires, he will change the car's tires, and then appear next to Luigi at the start line.
