About this deal

It’s portable, easy to use, lightweight, and extremely cost-efficient, but most importantly, it can get you serious results. They are difficult to hit off of a slope, as you have less surface area to strike (you can’t hit the ball if it is on its side). I’m sure part of it is the unique sound Birdie Balls make spinning through the air, the solid construction and that they’re the perfect size for her snout and jaws.

Even if you can’t make it to the golf course as often as you’d like, a putting green can save the day. Plus, my home course doesn’t have a range, so I’m finding that they’re a great tool to warm up with before hitting the first tee without endangering anyone. The main negative that keeps my rating from being at least a 7 instead of a 5 is the putting surface. Instruction Booklet: BirdieBall included a handy little instruction booklet that quickly explained how to set up the practice green. While Birdieball advertises its product as having a flight distance of 25-65 yards, it acknowledges that this claim is subject to swing speed and conditions.

Without an artificial surface, it is very common for the grass to substantially impact the ball flight. The material used to construct the BirdieBall is a hard PVC like material, capable of withstanding repeated impact. It started out as a hobby and something he liked to do but by 2014 it had turned into a full blown obsession. I was also unwilling to shell out for a launch monitor because I wasn’t sure golf would be a lasting hobby.

There’s plenty of science behind the Birdie Ball phenomenon, which I really don’t care to try to comprehend to the point that I could explain it to you, Dear Readers. You can change your choices at any time by visiting Cookie preferences, as described in the Cookie notice. You can use it to practice anywhere, anytime, without compromising on feel like you’re using a wiffle ball. The remarkable thing though, is that it feels like a golf ball coming off of your club face and reacts like a golf ball in flight.

Use the BirdieBall set to improve your long game and BirdieBall putting greens to learn how to roll the rock even better.Pictured is Alan Clayton presenting the cheque to Rowan Main with the Birdie Ball committee looking on. For that reason, I highly recommend that you hit directly into the wind (or with the wind) if you are focusing on your standard shot.

Not to mention, it comes with a branded flag as well, giving you the feeling like you’re on a local course (even if you’re in a parking lot or the beach). What would you do with a bucket of golf balls sitting in your garage and a one-acre lot sitting in your backyard? I have a Monster Mat and spend most of of my time practicing off the mat mainly because I do not want to tear up my lawn. The problem is that most golfers have busy lives and simply don’t have the time to constantly drive to the nearest golf course just to practice their putting stroke. I got one in a gift bag at a tournament, and probably took about a year before I finally got around to trying it out lol.The secret sauce behind the product is an aerated polymer that can be customized to three different speeds based on the types of courses you play. What if I told you that there was a golf practice aid that would provide entertainment for your entire family AND seriously help you improve your golf game? Also, the advertising is absolutely accurate: Birdie Balls will, in fact, fade, draw, slice, or hook, even when you wish they wouldn’t.
