My favorite part of the toner though is the glow it gives! Not a shiny or dewy look, but my skin looks less dull and has that subtle glow from within, similar to the glow from using SK-II Facial Treatment Essence! This toner is gentle to skin with a bit of lavender smell which I like as it’s not overpowering. After use of the product my skin feels healthy , plump . I think it even helps with some acne . Would recommend anyone to at least try it for their selves. My skin feels instantly hydrated after it absorbs and looks visibly more plump with a healthy glow. I only use them if I notice that my skin could use a bit more hydration and this product is very nice. I don't layer my toner, so I cannot comment on that but I found this to be very hydrating. Hyaluronic acid provides comforting hydration deep into the skin, while added beta-glucan and red ginseng extract heal and rejuvenate. Love the consistency and it delivers with hydration - was worried about the lavender scent but no irritation at all and I’ll be buying the bigger bottle next time. It’s a skincare staple for me now They both have similar textures and I’d say are equally hydrating. The Klairs feels more soothing and I’d recommend that if you have sensitive skin. If you want more brightening/skin smoothing benefits go with the Haruharu, but honestly both are great.
