Basic Skills Bulletin has changed hands. It is now published by the Education Publishing Company Ltd., an independent company whose publications include the magazine Education Journal.
Basic Skills Bulletin will now have considerable extra resources available to it, with no increase in the subscription price. There will be new electronic elements, both web-based and updates sent by email.
