I started with the back of the ship by cutting one end of the loaf pan cake and cutting some strips off the remaining half of the 9×13 cake. Throughout the segments, the characters will earn gold doubloons each time they solve a problem together, and at the end of the segment, Jake and his crew count their gold doubloons and put them in their "Team Treasure Chest". Bucky communicates with the ringing of his bell, which only Jake, Izzy, Cubby, Skully, and Peter Pan can understand. Never Bird (vocal effects by Russi Taylor) is a former sidekick of Captain Hook whom she soon betrays and joins forces with Jake and his crew. Bucky is a sentient vessel of unknown origins, and how he came into the care of Jake and origins all together are currently unknown.

The series focuses on a band of young pirates- Jake, Izzy, Cubby, and their parrot Skully, who continuously spend their days competing against Captain Hook and his pirate crew (consisting of Mr. Dylan had fun scooping water up with the little boat and pouring it, watching it run down the slide and back into the bath.So, I cut another piece of cardboard (to match the width of the one for the ship), covered in foil, and started to work on the island. Bucky is noticeably the first vessel of the Never Sea to be self-aware, later followed by the Shark Ship.
