Chase Vodka is a single estate potato vodka made in Herefordshire, England, UK by William Chase, who is also known for founding Tyrrells crisps. Chase Vodka is a premium potato-based vodka made from specialty potato varieties such as Lady Claire and King Edward. The team welcome visitors to poke their noses around the distillery and surrounding orchards, with taster-heavy tours available to all.Bright and fruity from first opening, Hennessy also has undertones of oak and once in the mouth flavours of nutty grilled almonds and a hint of fresh grapes are released. Many enjoy Stone's on its own or over ice, but it is most famously drunk as a 'Whisky Mac' when mixed with whisky. Chase Vodka was voted Best in the world in April 2010 at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Other potato vodka products from the Chase Distillery are flavoured with elderflower (Chase Elderflower Liqueur), fresh fruit (Chase Fresh Fruit Liqueurs), Seville orange (Chase Marmalade Vodka), smoked oak (Chase English Oak Smoked Vodka) and rhubarb (Chase Rhubarb Vodka).
They decided to enter the white spirit market after realising that people weren’t exploring terroir enough. The heart is the good spirit and this batch is taken through the entire 42 bubble plate process again ending up with a spirit at 96% ABV.
Although this process does not get all the alcohol out the potatoes it does give the vodka more character. We believe in a truly sustainable approach to farming and creating spirits, which is why we let nothing go to waste.

William Chase English potato vodka is created from pure English potatoes taken from chases own farm located right next to the distillery.It’s a 10 year ageing process which ensures Gran Centenario Plata is a silver tequila with depth and standout characteristics which make it memorable.
