I’ve been doing some acting, I’ve done other TV bits which they have supported, but I didn’t want to announce a show celebrating the first album without giving them something new. I’m always writing songs, but I’ve been writing songs for other things over the years. It’s a winning formula that’s clear from the opening beats of lead single Future Love; an upbeat pop number that’s both nostalgic and current in its sound, and an indication of the direction of the record as a whole. In early November 2004, Lemar released his first single from the album Time to Grow. " If There's Any Justice" reached number three on the UK Singles Chart, and has become one of Lemar's most recognised songs.
